The programs, in detail

Four programs of 6 to 10 weeks, grouped by your child's age and aimed at the moments that actually go wrong.

Program 01 · Ages 1 to 5

The toddler years

Toddlers aren't giving you a hard time; they're having one, with almost no ability to manage it. We work on predictable routines, how you offer choices, and what you do during a meltdown — plus what to do with your own frustration, which nobody talks about enough.

Weeks 1–2 · The worst moment

Pick one part of the day and change only that.

Weeks 3–4 · Routines

Predictable sequences that reduce the number of negotiations.

Weeks 5–6 · During the storm

What to say and not say mid-meltdown, and staying calm yourself.

Weeks 7–8 · Repair

Reconnecting afterward, for them and for you.

Weeks 1–2 · Mornings

A sequence kids can run mostly themselves.

Weeks 3–4 · Homework

Where, when, and how involved you should be.

Weeks 5–6 · Follow-through

Consequences you can actually apply consistently.

Weeks 7–8 · Siblings

Reducing the flashpoints and refusing to be the referee.

Program 02 · Ages 6 to 11

School-age routines

This age is mostly logistics and follow-through. We rebuild the two worst routines of your week, agree on consequences you're willing to enforce every time, and work on sibling conflict — which usually improves once the schedule stops being chaotic.

Program 03 · Ages 12 to 18

Talking with teenagers

By this age, control shrinks and influence matters more. We work on conversations that don't end in a slammed door, on negotiating independence in steps, and on staying connected to a person who is supposed to be pulling away. If there are signs of depression, self-harm or substance problems, we'll urge you toward a licensed professional immediately.

Weeks 1–3 · Opening the door

Timing, tone and asking questions that get answers.

Weeks 4–6 · Negotiating

Freedom in increments, with terms both sides accept.

Weeks 7–8 · Conflict

Staying in the conversation when it gets heated.

Weeks 9–10 · Hard topics

Preparing for the conversations you're dreading.

Weeks 1–2 · Where you are

A week of honest observation, without changing anything.

Weeks 3–4 · The agreement

Few rules, written down, agreed by everyone.

Weeks 5–6 · Holding it

Surviving the pushback and adjusting what doesn't work.

Program 04 · Any age

Screens & boundaries

Screen fights are rarely about screens; they're about transitions and inconsistent rules. We write an agreement with clear, few rules that fit your household, decide the enforcement in advance, and handle the two weeks of pushback that follow any change.
