One thing at a time
Changing five things at once tells you nothing and exhausts everyone.
You don't need a different parenting style. You need bedtime to stop taking ninety minutes.
Parents rarely lack information. They've read the books and watched the videos, and they're exhausted from trying five approaches in three weeks, none of them long enough to work.
Coaching narrows it. One moment of the day, one change, held for a week with someone to report back to. That's usually enough to tell whether it's working, and small enough to sustain when you're tired.
We also say clearly what this isn't. Parent coaching is not therapy or medical care. When something bigger is happening, we'll say so and help you find the right professional rather than coaching around it.
Changing five things at once tells you nothing and exhausts everyone.
A modest rule applied every time beats a strict one applied sometimes.
We name the limit clearly and refer out when that's what's needed.
Twenty minutes, free, about the hardest part of your day and where to start.
